Before tip-off
Read the tournament rules and make sure every athlete has a completed parent or guardian waiver.
Download rules & waiverSix-page PDF · Full tournament rules, participant waiver, and cancellation policy.
Download the supplied waiver for each athlete. The parent, legal guardian, or person legally authorized to consent must review and complete it. Coaches should coordinate completed waivers with tournament management before participation.
The form includes the guardian’s name, athlete’s name, team, grade, date, and acceptance of the waiver. A coach’s team registration does not replace an athlete’s waiver.
Registration is confirmed after payment is received and the team is accepted. Once schedules are released, fees are generally non-refundable.
If management cancels the entire tournament, a refund or tournament credit is determined by the organizer, less non-refundable charges or expenses where permitted. Games affected by circumstances outside tournament control do not automatically qualify for a full refund. Read the PDF for the complete policy.
